Sales Support Executive
An exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing software solutions company. As a Sales Support Executive you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to build the sales pipeline through lead generation and inside sales activities. This is a varied position with a range of responsibilities and a real opportunity to influence and make a contribution to the company’s success.
– Generate new business leads & opportunities through outbound telesales activity
– Follow up on inbound enquiries from website, conferences, marketing campaigns etc.
– Use different tools/resources to research key people, organizations, competitors and market sectors
– Industry sector, company and individual research to build a broad, high quality picture to assist the Sales team
– Adding prospects to CRM, maintaining and updating the sales database
– Producing monthly lead /activity reports from CRM
– Event Organisation — Exhibitions, customer events etc.
– Assist sales team with quotations, ITT responses and administrative tasks as required
– Assist marketing team with digital campaigns as required
If you’re a creative, self-motivated and flexible person with excellent communication skills. You must be a customer focused, highly driven individual with good rapport building skills and experience within a business to business sales environment, then get in touch.
